With a Master’s degree in Counseling from UNT (Denton), and a professional license in Texas, New Jersey and Florida, I have worked with diverse populations in my career.
My specialties include anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, children’s and adolescent mental/behavioral health, depression, grief/bereavement, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation/self-harming, and trauma.
I am fluent in English, Persian (Farsi), and Urdu, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients and understand their unique cultural perspectives.
